The focus of this program will be to help athletes achieve better sports performance and compete injury free. This will ultimately help athletes reach their goals in sports and in life. Physically, I want to make our athletes:
- More agile
- Powerful and Reactive
In short, become the best-conditioned athletes all-around, while improving the mental game of the, athletes in turn become more confident and able to persevere through the challenges that lie ahead. Programs are tailored for specific needs of the athletes and to the dynamics of the team or individual, focusing on the following: anaerobic energetics, speed, power, proprioception, strength, explosiveness, agility, functional stability, resistance training and hand-eye coordination, as well as other athletic attributes that transfer well to athletic performance thus making athletes more skillful, competent and durable.
This training will improve multi-directional movement abilities and reduce injuries that are common in sports with varying, unpredictable task demands.
MOST IMPORTANTLY GET YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
A sample plan:
- Warm-up (5-7 mins)
- Circuit training stations with speed intervals and agility drills (40 mins)
- Stretch – static and dynamic (10 mins)
- Visualization/Mental training (5 mins)
